about

PLEASE NOTE: This is only the 4CD compilation. There is no digital download available of this item.

A Band For All Seasons: Songs from the Seasons of Love 1966-1969 is a 4CD set covering the life of the first wave of psychedelic music from the 1960s. It is an expanded version of the 3LP set on Fruits De Mer, The Three Seasons. Artists include The Electric Prunes, Chad & Jeremy, The Pretty Things, and many more.

Proud Peasant has contributed a thunderous cover of Touch's Down at Circe's Place, a slice of proto-prog that ranges from polyrhythmic meditation to pastoral interlude to dueling keyboard and guitar solos.

This is a limited edition set, and the band only has a couple of copies.
